the staff was really helpful! they met our early check-in request, it was a lifesaver. a bus stop right outside made it super easy to get to the city center since buses pass by so frequently. the kids eat free option was fantastic!!!

the bottom sheet on my bed wasn't properly fitted. a bit of the bare mattress was exposed at my feet, i found that odd.

The reception and bar area were cute. The hotel provided food at lunchtime, a TRUE blessing after a long day. I enjoyed the swimming pool and gym facilities . My room was clean and spacious, WITH a large TV and a view of the distant mountains.

the room was fine BUT some areas looked a little worn.

we had a double bed with a sofa bed in our standard room. the beds were super comfy, so sleep was easy. a bus stop sits right outside (so convenient!). the hotel's also right next to the zoo. breakfast had tons of yummy choices.

the hot tub and sauna were out of order , a bit of a bummer.
